In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, implementing Decree 1377 of 2013, and our personal data protection policy, we inform you that the personal data you provide, and the data arising from the transactions you request or enter into with Netmask S.A.S., will be processed under technical, physical, and administrative security measures intended to prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing it, all in accordance with the law.

The controller of your personal data is Netmask S.A.S., which collects it through its various transactional channels. The data is used in the context of sales, logistics, contact center, surveys, messaging, promotional and advertising activities, and general audits arising from the commercial relationship.

Netmask S.A.S. uses information from its clients and suppliers to ensure the delivery of its sales, distribution, invoicing, and collection services toward the individuals or legal entities responsible for payment, as well as for administrative purposes such as audits, invoicing, and accounting. With the data subject's consent, it may also carry out research and statistical processes.

Creating and managing databases (including databases containing sensitive data) for the delivery of Netmask S.A.S. services, research purposes, and the development of services and/or products.

Netmask S.A.S. does not share this information with any external or unauthorized party under current legislation and case law. Information may, however, be shared with or provided to judicial or administrative authorities that request it in the exercise of their legal powers.
